Meet Caroline

Front Desk Coordinator

Caroline joined the front desk team at Salaita Orthodontics in 2023, where she welcomes patients to the office, helps people over the phone, and schedules for future appointments. She loves creating relationships with each patient and working with an amazing team every day. She has always been a people person, so she was drawn to the dental field because she can work with people while also helping meet their needs. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Union University.

When not working, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband Kellen and her dog Rowdy. She also spends time cooking, baking, going on walks, and being with friends. Caroline and her husband actively serve their local church, CrossPointe Church, where he works as the student minister. You may notice Caroline’s southern accent, which comes from her Tennessee origins. She loves traveling and would someday like to visit Paris, France and travel all of Route 66.
