My grandson just finished the braces process yesterday with Dr. Salida. She and her staff were always very accommodating, informative, knowledgeable throughout the process. The finished product is most satisfying. I highly recommend Dr. Salida and her staff to anyone seeking orthodontic services. Excellent service and ethics. You will not be disappointed.

Everyone who works here is always so friendly. We also know a lot of other families here, which is nice since our kids sometimes see friends from school. We have had a few instances when a bracket or band got loose or fell off, and they were always very quick to get us in to have it repaired. Looking forward to lots of straight smiles when we are all done!

Salaita Orthodontics has done a wonderful job with our son’s treatment. He was very nervous about getting braces. The staff and orthodontist have been great at explaining the process and being patient with him. This experience has also helped him become more comfortable with going to the dentist. We have a second child who will also need braces and plan to have him go to Salaita Orthodontics too.

We love Dr. Salaita and her team! The front office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Dr Salaita’s assistants are helpful and knowledgeable. The financial plan was reasonable for my son’s orthodontic work. Dr Salaita is honest, trustworthy, and she does excellent work. My sons love coming here. Their smiles are even more beautiful because of Dr Salaita and her staff! She only recommends what is needed and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this team!

We have been very pleased and impressed with Salaita Orthodontics. Our son struggles with anxiety over having dental work done, but the staff at Salaita were patient and willing to try things in different ways to make it possible for him to have his work completed. We now appear to be about 3-6 months away from getting his braces off, and are very happy with the results. Our son is very happy as a Salaita patient!

Picking an orthodontist is not easy. We looked at many different places. I feel like we made the right decision! Dr. Salaida has been a delight as well as the entire staff! I was watching Dr. Salaida interact with patients before I even knew who she was. She was walking up to each patient and asking how they were doing and I thought to myself, “wow, this place is so friendly” and then when she came and introduced herself to us, I was surprised she was actually the doctor! If you are questioning whether this is the place for you, I would say YES! It’s a clean office with a good vibe.

We absolutely love this office! The front desk girls are always smiling and welcoming, even at 7:30am! Their space is beautiful and clean! The staff is patient with my daughter and explains everything they’re doing. My daughters plan has been communicated wonderfully and upfront from the beginning. My daughter loves the tokens she can earn and the school excuse notes are so cute! Dr. Salaita is patient, caring and you can tell she loves what she does. We are so happy to be at Salaita Orthodontics and will be bringing our son there next! Schedule a consultation, you’ll see what I’m talking about 🙂

I am thankful both of my sisters suggested to me Doctor Salaita. She is so wonderful and kind, and everyone working there is also wonderful and kind. I am nearing the end of my treatment, and each time I go in, I feel comfortable, and that I am getting what I need. I am happy I chose Salaita Orthodontics.

Thankful for the friendly staff and care at Salaita Orthodontics! We are now on our second family member from our household to get orthodontic care from this practice and we have been so happy with the outcomes. Our 8 year old looks forward to her appointments. They have a fun kids area with tablets for kids to enjoy while they are waiting and fun ways to incentivize good dental hygiene and care. We have to come early if she wants some time in the kids area because the office is so timely with our appointments on time! Just all around a great place! We would give 10 stars if we could! We have had both our kids with Dr. Salaita. Her and her staff have been phenomenal to work with, they are patient, honest, and caring. They have been very timely with their appointments and plans of care. They have gone above and beyond with my daughter and her orthodontic issues, we are forever grateful. Dr Salaita and ALL of her staff are amazing. They are so nice, appointments are always on time, appointment slots are flexible, it's easy to get a new appointment and they always take care of any little problem as soon as possible and with lots of compassion. My daughter loves the office, Dr. Salaita makes it warm and comforting and welcoming. (Positive reinforcement out the wazoo!) Once my daughter saw the place there was no convincing her to go anywhere else. But we are happy with our decision to come here!

The team at Salaita is professional, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable about orthodontics and insurance billing. The staff is amazing at Salaita Orthodontics. We had consultations with a couple places but my daughter loved how the staff welcomed her. They explained her whole situation to her and how they would correct her teeth from start to finish. Dr. Salaita is the sweetest person. Very down to earth. Amazing place!! Amazing people!! As soon as you walk in the office, all you will feel is kindness and love. Last year, I decide it was time for my daughter to get braces. I knew this might be a challenging task as my daughter requires full body MRIs every 6 months and would not be able to have metal in her mouth. I began calling orthodontic offices and explained the situation. After calling 6 different offices and all of them stating they wouldn’t be able to help. I call Dr. Salaita’s office. The receptionist placed me on hold to ask if it was possible. She came back on the phone and said they’re not sure if they will be able to help but would love for us to come in for a free consultation. I was overcome with emotion. During the consultation, Dr. Salaita recommended we go with ceramic braces and remove the wire prior to each MRI. And she offered for the wire removal to be free of charge. Thank you for taking such great care of my daughter.

I started going here when Dr.Emrich was there over 30 years ago and now my kids go here as well. Everyone is amazing. They are one of the best places in the city. They have been so great with every single step of the way and every visit has always been easy and pleasant. Thank you to all the staff members for being exemplary examples of how an orthodontist office should be run!

Everyone at the office has always gotten to know both of our boys. They make them feel warm and welcome. We have one child that will have 2 sets of braces and one with 1 set. Dr. Salaita has been great every step of the way. She has extracted with ease and the kids love her. They love the kids corner of the office, the tokens, the prizes, etc. We couldn’t have asked for a better office for us.

I’ve had all 3 kids in braces which could be a nightmare for the family schedule, but the staff has been friendly, the scheduling is flexible when the unexpected obstacles come up, they’ve worked to fit in more than one kid at a time, the office is beautiful and warm and my kids teeth look great because they patiently work with each individual’s needs.

Salaita Orthodontics is the best! My daughter is 15 and spent roughly 2 years at the office for her course of treatment for braces, and my son is 14 and is nearing the end of his course of treatment for braces. The office staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. They have always solved any issue I might have in less than two minutes on the phone. They are seriously the best! And Dr. Salaita is a gem! My kids adore her and her positive energy and we sincerely appreciate her commitment to making my kids’ smiles spectacular! Since our daughter started seeing Dr. Salaita the whole staff is so friendly and welcoming. Addison was nervous about how everything would go and I love that the staff talks her through everything that they are doing during her appointments. I started my first grandson with Dr. Emrich and am seeing Dr. Salida for the second two grandkids. All the staff have been exceptionally helpful and courteous. The technicians are very knowledgeable and are able to answer questions we may have. Bedside manners are superb. Dr Salida is very good explaining the process, options available and providing the most effective and practical manner to move forward to achieve the finished product. I really enjoy and feel very safe with all the staff and their work.

working there i get to see both sides at the office. being on the staff side i see the hard work the staff puts into our patients. as a braces patient i see the friendly and caring energy that my coworkers give each patient. they do such a good job of making sure patients and parents are happy with all of the work they do:)

I decided to get braces at the age of 39. Dr Salaita & her staff have done an amazing job! They are always super friendly when I go in! I just had my braces taken off yesterday & now at the age of 41, I have the smile I’ve always wanted! Highly recommend, even if you’re a little on the older side! It’s never too late!

We’ve been thrilled with our experience at Dr. Salaita’s office. From the moment we discussed my son’s orthodontic needs to the moment he had his braces put on, they have helped us both understand each action and decision. The nurses are so kind and helped my son, who felt nervous to get braces, understand what was happening at each step. And he loves the reward system, and finds it very motivating when he feels down about missing out on his favorite candies and snacks. It’s genius!

Salaita Orthodontics and Dr. Salaita removed a permanent retainer and replaced it with a nightly clear removable retainer. The remaining "glue" was removed. It is very comfortable and makes flossing much easier. I have worked with the practice and Dr. Salaita predecessors (Dr. Emrich, Drs. Skinner and Winkler) for over 45 years with orthodontia for myself and my family. I love the practice.

We have been going to Dr. Salaita for many years through our sons braces process. The staff is phenomenal and Dr. Salaita does a wonderful job of explaining everything at each visit. The office does so many fun contests and little extras for their clients. Appointments are on time and efficient. We have been so happy wit.h the entire process! As always, I highly recommend Salaita. Their staff is friendly and welcoming; it feels like walking into a friend's house when you arrive. Dr Salaita is amazing. Not only did she "fix" my issue (lost my baby tooth at 43) but she did not push additional services on me (we did braces on upper only). I have twins (now 8 years old) and had scoffed at the idea of braces for kids until my son continued having issues chewing with his mouth shut. We took both kids into Salaita for an eval (I assumed that she would say both needed braces, you know to make more money): surprise, our daughter was fine and Dr Salaita wanted to wait until my son's "eye teeth" fully emerged to decide. Long story short, he only has 3 months left in braces (he can close his mouth to chew) and my daughter still doesn't need phase 1 braces. Side note: we are fairly frugal and we had ortho options in our network that may have cost us less but they were pushing other services and Alex wasn't comfortable in their offices. Honestly even being out of network, Salaita was not much more and comfort/ friendly staff/ respect/ no pressured upsales is well worth it.

The Salaita team makes every part of the process easy. The office is beautiful and clean, scheduling is easy, pricing/billing is clear and reasonable, and the staff is so friendly and makes nervous kiddos feel comfy. Salaita Ortho was amazing for my braces (at 40+ my baby tooth finally decided to come out in fine fashion) and Dr Salaita brought everything together. The staff is caring, efficient and dedicated to your health/safety. No question is dumb (trust me, I asked lots of questions). If you have an oops, they fix it without drama. I have to be honest, I didn't expect the results to be this good. My child's teeth are perfect now. And y'all I have to admit they were jacked. I thought one might need to be extracted. His mouth was crowded, some teeth were coming in at angles. After a year, they are so nice, so straight, so much more room, he is so happy. Parents owe it to their children to get them the best healthcare. Especially with kids being so into social media these days. I see plenty of big toothy selfies in my son's future Also the practice is so warm and friendly, helpful when you need them. The Dr even came in on a Sunday to fix a wire for our son. Even though I am an older person, Salaita Orthodontics have been able to help me a lot. As I aged, my bite became worse and worse and I ended up not being able to chew anything. My bite is being corrected, and I am being treated respectfully and like an adult. Through out this Covid mess, I have never had a concern about being at risk in their offices. My son had to get braces last year and Salaita Orthodontics has been so wonderful! The office is clean, the staff and doctor are so friendly and kind, and they run on time for all of our appointments. During the last visit, the tech and my son must have really bonded because she came out to the car where I was waiting just to tell me how wonderful he is. Not only that, but we got a card in the mail a week later with a nice note from the same tech!! I was floored and that just made his day. It was such a kind gesture. She went out of her way to do that and didn't have to. We love Salaita Orthodontics!

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. My son always looked forward to seeing Rhonda for check ups. I grind my teeth and have broken a wire a few times. They always were able to get me in quickly and Rhonda patiently would fix my broken wire. Everyone at Salaita has made us feel like family and has been so supportive when we experienced a family tragedy last summer.

We have been with Salaita Orthodontics for many years now! We went through the process of getting assessed, to now having braces on our teenager. Every step of the way has been amazing. The office staff is incredibly friendly and comforting for those kiddo's that might be scared. The staff remembers who you are, regardless of how long it's been between appointments! The appointments are always on time and are as quick as possible. We especially love all the little contests in the office - we are the proud owners of one VERY LARGE llama that we won in one of the monthly contests! One of my favorite aspects of the office is the way they deal with the financial part of the process. It is up front and honest, explained to you clearly, and they are more than willing to work with you however possible to make it work for your budget. Dr. Salaita is easy to talk to and never makes you feel rushed. We would highly recommend this office for your orthodontic needs!

Time to get a smile upgrade. From my first contact to my first appointment everyone was friendly. I had questions and each was answered quickly. The practice evaluated my situation, offered suggestions, and we came to a mutual treatment plan. They even assisted me in gaining the most from my dental coverage! My son & I both went to Dr Salaita to get braces & I am very impressed from the first point of contact forward. Their team is on top of things, they are super friendly & they have superb customer service skills. I manage a dental office, so I know firsthand how difficult it is to find the perfect flow but Dr Salaita & her team has it down to a science. Dr Salaita is wonderful & I fully trust her orthodontic skills! Allie & Linda assisted her in putting on our braces & they were both wonderful. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing, so we were informed the entire time. Linda even followed up with us later in the day to make sure that we were doing okay. I cannot recommend this office enough!

Dr. Salaita and her staff were wonderful for both of our daughters. We were all treated with patience, kindness and professionalism which made what could've been a difficult process seamless. Our daughters started treatment at the same time and the staff did their best to align appointments to ease logistics. I have never been to an office that makes you feel like you’re home, and this office is just that. This is a place where everybody knows your name and they care about you. Dr. salaita and her staff are some of the most kind, genuine, honest, helpful people i have ever met. I never worry when my girls and i go, we will be so sad when our journey comes to an end.

My daughter started her orthodontic journey when she was 7. I was very nervous to get started, but this group of amazing women at Salaita & Emrich have eased all of our worries!! They explain everything, answer all questions & seem to connect so well with all age groups they serve! There are coins for the kids to earn by taking care of their teeth & prizes they can trade their coins in to earn. My daughter LOVES this. We have gotten hand-written notes from the techs checking in after any changes. They are addressed to my daughter and make her feel so special!!!! On top of that, her smile has gone from that awkward 7 year old snaggle situation to gorgeous straight teeth with places for her couple remaining teeth to come in. My daughter was born with paralyzed vocal cords which left her with a fear of medical professionals and procedures. We visited a couple orthodontists and we knew this was the right place. Going for consultation appointment I was nervous and uncomfortable as I am older and questioned myself wanting to get braces at my age. The customer care provided was amazing from the front desk where I was greeted to the examination and talking with Dr. Salaita. Including me in treatment plan and allowing me options and explaining in detail how braces work made me feel better. I was given the opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted with no rushing me along - again staff being kind and caring added to a great visit. I did not plan to make a decision that day but I decided to get braces. I have a whole new respect for children who wear braces (LOL) Whew! This has been one heck of a journey and I must be honest and share I wanted them off and said the heck with having straight teeth. There is a big commitment. The staff “tag teamed” me and helped me to regroup and reminded me of the end result - a beautiful smile!!! What a blessing. I truly look forward to my appointments seeing and talking with staff and Dr. I always leave feeling encouraged and uplifted. The incentives to stay on track are a plus too - can’t wait to cash in my coins to get something in the gift case. I’m like a kid in the candy store. They have really changed my life. I was a patient of Dr.Salaita. Every time I had an appointment I was always greeted like we were long time friends by the staff. Dr. Salaita’s knowledge and eye for detail was top notch. My 10 year old son was visiting his Nana in Columbus from Florida. A bracket broke on his braces and it was poking him. Dr. Salaita and her office graciously allowed my son to come in, clipped the broken piece and showed him how to use wax to make sure nothing else irritated him. Thru the years, both my son and daughter have had orthodontic treatment at this office. In all our time there, my children received excellent care from the time we walked into the door until the moment we left!! My son and daughter are both graduated and young adults now and they continue to return to Dr. Salaita for all of their follow up check ups and appreciate how she takes the time to make sure that they are just as happy now with their smiles as they were when they finished treatment!! Thank you Dr. Salaita and staff for giving my kids the smiles they deserve and continuing to provide exceptional care that goes above and beyond!!!

My daughter needed major orthodontic work at a very early age, and had developed a dental phobia by the time we arrived at Salaita & Emrich. Their gentle care and loving attitude eased her fears, and her teeth look and function beautifully! We still go, and are really grateful to this office. Highly recommend.

We began to look for a different orthodontist for our second child than our first and we have been very pleased to say that from start to finish, the consult, the help with gathering insurance options, the appointment scheduling, the front desk staff, the team doing the treatment and the follow-up care has made our experience a pleasant one IN EVERY ASPECT and you truly feel that they treat your child's individual care thoughtfully and thoroughly. Me and my entire family have been coming to this orthodontist for the about 8-10 years! It's an amazing place, people there are super nice well hearted and they do what is best for you and your family. I live in Cincinnati but my family and I still come to this establishment because it's a place where it feels like home. So I highly recommend that you come and you join the family!

Next week will make the third child of mine to get braces with Dr Emerich. In three weeks I will have my own first consultation for adult braces. We have been coming here for well over ten years. I know nearly all of the staff members and would not consider going anywhere else for orthodontic care. They are friendly and professional and highly skilled. You will not be disappointed with Emerich and Salaita!

Drs, Emrich and Salaita and their amazing, courteous and professional staff made my orthodontics experience so wonderful. I couldn't be happier with my results and anyone that is considering changing your smile should consider this practice first. I even miss the office visits with them now that my braces are off, this is a great staff!
